- PsychDraft is a drafting assistance tool. We act as a data processor. You retain ownership of all content you input or generate.
- We strongly recommend that users enter only de-identified clinical information (e.g., initials instead of full names).
- We do not use your text inputs or generated drafts to train artificial intelligence models.
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- PsychDraft is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws.
