Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PsychDraft application operated by PsychDraft, Inc.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Clinical Responsibility
CRITICAL: PsychDraft is a drafting support tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional clinical judgment. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are a licensed mental health professional or a trainee under supervision.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of all generated content.
- PsychDraft does not provide diagnoses or medical advice.
- You will NOT input Protected Health Information (PHI) unless a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is in place or local regulations permit.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you) are and will remain the exclusive property of PsychDraft, Inc.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PsychDraft, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
