Refund Policy

1. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).

Fees are non-refundable except as described below.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or billing portal.

Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged for future billing cycles.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support@psychdraft.com within 7 days of the charge.

If we determine that a billing mistake occurred, we will issue a correction or refund as appropriate.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In limited cases and at our sole discretion, we may issue refunds for extraordinary circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges, verified technical failure preventing access to the Service).

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in suspension of your account.

We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and fairly.
