AI Use & Transparency
Last updated: February 23, 2026
PsychDraft is committed to openness regarding how artificial intelligence is integrated into our workflow and how user data is handled.
1. Technology & Processing
PsychDraft uses third-party large language model (LLM) APIs to generate draft language based on your structured inputs. These models are used as assistive writing tools to help translate clinical data points into narrative form.
2. No Training on User Data
We do not use your submitted clinical content or generated drafts to train AI systems. All processing occurs through enterprise-tier infrastructure providers subject to strict confidentiality obligations and zero-retention policies for training purposes.
3. Probabilistic Nature of AI
AI-generated output is probabilistic in nature. While the system is designed to follow your structured inputs, it may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended phrasing.
4. Clinical Responsibility
The software is a drafting aid, not a clinical evaluator. Clinicians remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content prior to its use in clinical documentation or professional reports.
